UPDATE: Bipartisan group of governors sign letter supporting Alexander-Murray
The Republican and Democratic governors of ten states signed a letter urging a vote on the Alexander-Murray legislation. Those states are:

“Senators Alexander and Murray have negotiated in good faith and developed a bipartisan agreement that will help achieve these goals. Their legislation deserves a vote by the House and Senate.”

Watch President Trump Support Alexander-Murray Deal
A reporter asked President Trump during a press conference on Tuesday (10/18/17) whether the White House participated in and supports the Alexander-Murray bipartisan deal that would extend subsidies to health insurers for another one-to-two years. President Trump unambiguously said “yes.”
“They are working together, and I know very much what they’re doing. Ok?”

I presume that, at some point between Tuesday afternoon and 9:41am Wednesday morning (10/19/17), President Trump was brought up to speed on the Alexander-Murray deal, and he realized that he didn’t support it after all.
